Brazilian Ministry of Finance prepares public consultation on economic and competition regulation of digital platforms

The Secretariat of Economic Reforms of the Ministry of Finance aims, through this grant, to obtain contributions from society on the economic and competitive regulation of digital platforms in Brazil, questioning whether changes should be made to the competition law, if new regulation is necessary, which aspects should be subject to regulation and how to coordinate state action to manage the issue.
